Q. How do I exchange an item?
A. You can initiate a return or exchange on your account page. Select the items you’re sending back, print the prepaid shipping label that’s generated for you, and attach it to the box you originally received. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll hold your new item for 14 days until we receive your original item. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.

Q. What if I need to change my address?
A. If you would like to change your shipping address, contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll have your address corrected as soon as possible.
Q. Where’s my package?
A. Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with your tracking number - you can follow your package as it makes its way to your doorstep. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Q. How do I order for my groomsmen?
A. Because wedding parties often require a wide range of suit sizes, we suggest parties to order within the same week and at least 10-12 weeks prior to the event date to ensure size availability and color matching. Q. Where should I get my clothing altered?
A. You can visit any local tailor shop to get your clothing altered. We may be able to recommend a tailor in your area as well, please contact us at email@example.com with any questions.
Q. What is the difference between the classic fit suit and the slim fit suit?
A. Slim fit suits have a slimmer shoulder base and are more tapered throughout the chest with slightly shorter sleeve lengths. The trousers are straight-legged and fit the leg more tightly and typically sit below the waist. This fit is ideal for men with tall, lean builds.
Classic fit suits have a regular fit through shoulder, chest, and waist. Although this style of suit is less constrictive than a slim fit, it still shapes well to a broad range of body types. The trousers in a classic fit are regular fitted and sit on the waistline.
Q. How should I care for my suit?
A. Each suit comes with easy to follow care instructions on the inside label for your convenience. As a general rule, all of our suits are dry clean only.
Q. Can I order multiple suits for myself?
A. We require you to order one suit per groomsmen due to limited stock inventory.
