Return Policy

Ready to Wear Items

We offer one free return and full refunds, for any reason, on all ready-to-wear garments (e.g. suit, shirt). There are no refunds given on any accessories including ties, cufflinks etc. The item must simply be in its original condition and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery and before the date of the event for which the item was purchased. Any returns or exchanges needed in addition to the initial courtesy return offered, will be paid for by the customer.

Design Lab/Made to Order/Made to Measure Items

All Design Lab, Made-To-Order and Made-To-Measure items *may be cancelled or returned* for store credit only. The item must be in its original condition and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.

How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

You can initiate an exchange or return on your account page. Select the items you’re sending back, print the prepaid shipping label that’s generated for you, and attach it to the box you originally received.

  1. Visit
  2. Select the order # you wish to exchange/return
  3. Select the appropriate reason code
  4. Select your desired size:
  5. a. For an exchange, select the size you desire
  6. b. For a return, select "Refund"
  7. Select whether you want store credit or payment
  8. Click "Create Return"
  9. Your exchange/return label will be generated and emailed to you. Affix the label to your return package


Refund Processing

Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to show up on your statement.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and clearly damaged by client. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.
